If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from the Curtain Shop Online you have up to 30 days from receiving your shipment to return the merchandise for a full refund minus the shipping charges.
If your order qualified for free shipping we will charge you actual shipping charges. Your unused, unwashed return must include all packaging, inserts and ALL tags still attached to the item. DO NOT TAPE, STAPLE, FOLD, OR WRITE ON ANY PACKAGING OR INSERTS. Your refund will be credited to your charge account.
ALMOST CUSTOM, SPECIAL ORDER, and CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE ARE NOT RETURNABLE, except for defect in workmanship.
Please note, sheets can not be returned if package has been opened. Orders for fabric by the yard cannot be cancelled once fabric is cut. Fabric by the yard is not returnable.
You must first call the store to receive a "Return Authorization Number", and you will be instructed to note the RA number clearly on the outside of your returning package. A copy of your invoice must be included inside your package. Acceptable returning merchandise WITHOUT a proper RA number may be charged a 25% restocking fee.
IMPORTANT NOTE: DISCOUNTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
