The gathers are sewn in place, and the tucked look is achieved with the folds on this Colburn valance from The Curtain Shop. It’s made of 50 percent Cotton, 50% Polyester. The pattern is small checks in earthy shades of black and tan. The size is 78 inches wide by 18 inches in length to fit a single window. Order two for larger windows.
